MSIG HK50 - LANTAU - 14km/27km/50k trail run

Auberge Hotel, Discovery Bay NORTH Plaza, Lantau Island, Hong Kong

Start time:

7:00 am: 50 km

8:00 am: 14 km & 27 km

Distances:

14km - much easier for hikers and short distance trail runners

27 km - tough but can be done daytime for hikers and runners - must train

50 km - qualify for points in series - very tough and a real challenge - must train if you want to finish before late night

*Minimum age is 14 years old on race day

27 km categories (Individual, teams of 2)

Individual Solo Male - 18-39, 40-49, 50+

Individual Solo Female – 18-39, 40-49, 50+

Teams of 2 (Men, Mixed, Women)

- Note teams MUST stay together entire race (within 20m) or face disqualification or serious time penalty.

*Minimum age is 18 years old on race day.

50 km categories (Individual, teams of 2, teams of 4)

Individual Solo Male - 18-39, 40-49, 50+

Individual Solo Female – 18-39, 40-49, 50+

Teams of 2 and Teams of 4 (Men, Mixed, Women)
